About Me

I am a passionate photographer with a keen eye for capturing the beauty and essence of the world around us. My work spans a variety of genres, including landscapes, cityscapes, architecture, and abstract photography. I hope through these to tell compelling visual stories that evoke emotion, inspire creativity, and provide a fresh perspective on the ordinary.

My Gear

I started with an Olympus OM-1, then moved to a Nikon FE2—both solid film cameras that I used with slide film like Kodachrome and Ektachrome. In 2012, I switched to digital with the Nikon D610, followed by the D750.

I use a range of Nikkor lenses depending on the subject. These include a 100mm macro for close-up detail, a 28mm tilt-shift for architectural work and perspective control, a 16–35mm wide-angle for landscapes, and a 35–85mm for general shooting.

I use NiSi 6, 10, and 15-stop neutral density filters to help me capture long exposures, smoothing water and clouds beautifully even in bright light. The graduated neutral density filters help balance tricky skies with darker landscapes, and I use a polariser to cut glare and boost colours.

Website Design

This website is custom-built and is developed using PHP and MySQL to manage and display content dynamically. CSS and Bootstrap 5 provide styling and a responsive layout for a seamless user experience on all devices. Being custom-built, it allows me to tailor the site’s functionality and design precisely to my needs—combining my interests in coding, design, and photography into a unified, hands-on project.
